What I Do
Take the Long View
After partnering with Amazon on launching Amazon Autos, I learned from their approach of "working backwards". I reverse-engineer success by crafting the story first—if the press release doesn't sing, back to the drawing board I go.
Raise The Bar
I play the role of the ever-discerning bar raiser, scrutinizing each product iteration to ensure it not only meets but exceeds our sky-high standards—because in my playbook, good enough just doesn't make the cut.
Ship It
I treat product shipping like a relay race—optimize the handoffs, minimize the stumbles, and keep the momentum going because slowing down is for feature bloat, not innovation
Show Don't Tell
Effort is cute, but results are what matter—I’d rather ship something that wows than tell a long story about how hard we tried
My greatness is measured by the impact of the products i ship

Make it Fun
I get cozy with ambiguity, tough problems and tradeoffs
