As a former NCAA Athlete, passion and teamwork are always at the core of what I do. I recognize that big problems worth solving require holistic solutions. I focus on what matters and focus on users being successful.

 Creater
I thrive creating strategy, prioritization and execution. I believe having explicit goals lets us stay focused and figure out what to do and why. Leaning into customer research and insight, finding the right problems to solve, delivering that value as quickly as possible, learning from it and then iterating and improving that value over time is key.

 Supportive
As a PM, my role is about outcomes, not output.  I believe in failing fast and iterating. I am a systems thinker through and through.

What I Do


‍ Vision
I make sure everyone's vision is aligned, all the parts fit together, and that nothing slips through the cracks.

Expert on Users
I focus on insights, both expected and unexpected - to form a mental model of users. I try to predict what people will say, and I keep track of where my intuition was right and where it was wrong. I aim to develop a greater awareness of when my intuition is reliable and when it might lead me astray.

Identify
Identify product opportunities and ensure solutions will meet my user's needs. I treat my ideas as hypothesis and adjust accordingly.

Experience

I talk to users, I translate what I see and hear into insights and believe that great products address real customer needs.
